How often will you be in touch with us during the recruitment process?

A member of our team will be in contact with you throughout the process, gathering your feedback and tracking progress.

What are your fees?

We charge a one-off activation fee. Thereafter, you only pay the agreed salary which covers all our management fees with no hidden cost.

Do you offer temporary and permanent placements?

Our primary aim is to secure permanent placements, but we're happy to speak with you to discuss other options including temporary roles

How long have you been in business?

GoToMarket first launched in 2020 in the Middle East. After rapid success in that region, we have expanded to add a new hub in the UK in 2022

How do you support workers and ensure long term retention?

Every employee is provided fantastic work culture and clearly defined work contract with payroll management in the country of their operation. This is in addition to the insurance, training, employee engagement programme and periodic performance-based appraisal.

What happens if it doesn’t work out with my candidate?

If the employee leaves for any reason, or you have any issues with their work, we will find a suitable replacement at no extra cost to you.

What is your candidate screening process?

We post the requirement on multiple job portals and screen applications. Our Talent Acquisition team does first round of interview, shortlisted candidates are then presented to the client for their scrutiny.

What expertise do you have with recruiting in my industry?

We have experts from each industry within our company and within our talent pool. We have expert staff with relevant backgrounds who will check the staff suitability and performance.

What happens after we’ve made a successful hire?

In case of virtual staffing, the candidate will be under our payroll, we track his daily activities in order to monitor that he is delivering.

Of course, we are registered in the UK, UAE, India and Lebanon. What does a typical hiring timeline look like?

Once we have the information we need, we can start sending you information on shortlisted candidates within approximately 10 working days
