We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

You will represent the company's brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends while keeping a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

What will he do every day?

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customer
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Drive the team to achieve business goals
  • Leading, mentoring and driving the team in achieving the set goals and objectives.
  • Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarising market data and trends to draft reports.


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager or a relevant role
  • 5-6 yrs experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • MSc/MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field
