What do we want to accomplish and why do we hire this job role?

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive who should be persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. The inside sales executive's responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries.

What will he do every day?

  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service. 
  • Handle cross selling and upselling 
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits
  • Understating thoroughly client needs
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
  • Utilising virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers
  • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
  • Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls
  • Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas
  • Employ strategic questions to gather information and use that information to tailor their sales pitch


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred
  • 2-5 yrs experience
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Proven sales experience and over achieving quota
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web representation tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
