We are looking for a passionate and highly driven Sales and Marketing Manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. The Sales And Marketing Manager will contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of sales processes and goals, and will assist in managing the external marketing of SharpEagle and associated companies. The Sales and Marketing manager will represent the company's brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Strategic planning on reaching out to new clients, relationship building and closure
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
• Leading and mentoring the sales and marketing team and drive the team in achieving the set goals and objectives.
• Planning the sales and marketing strategies for different markets
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarising market data and trends to draft reports.
• Work with the digital marketing team in ensuring that the marketing strategies are executed. 
• Drive the team to achieve business goals

• 7-8 years experience in handling both marketing and sales (mandatory)
• Prior strong experience of working in industrial safety solution industry
• Experience in resource planning and handling sales/marketing teams.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Understanding and knowledge of both sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Should be result-oriented and self-driven.
• The ability to work under pressure.
